This is the business information website for JJ Transcription Service. It presents our services and aggregate archive volumes, and provides an email contact for prospective customers.

Business inquiries

The contact links open your own email application. This website does not provide a submission form or upload facility. If you email us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to respond to your inquiry. Please do not send patient information, recordings, or clinical records through a business inquiry.

Website data

The website code does not add analytics, advertising trackers, third-party fonts, or browser storage. This website is hosted by Google Firebase Hosting. Google may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, to operate and secure the hosting service. Visitors do not need to sign in to view the website.

Published figures

The volume figures are rounded aggregate estimates derived from archive metadata. Exact entry counts are not included in the website assets. No patient records, audio files, document text, filenames, clinician identities, or individual-day figures are included. The methodology on the main page explains the scope and limitations of those counts.

Service data is handled separately

This website is not a patient-record service. Any transfer process, confidentiality terms, retention requirements, and permitted data uses for a transcription engagement need to be agreed separately before records are shared.
